We will send your car hire voucher to you within 48 hours (weekends excluded) which will confirm your booking, itemise the costs and show the total due for payment for the rental of your vehicle.

Important Information

Completion of this booking form is a request for booking and not confirmation. Your car hire voucher will confirm your booking.

On-line bookings can only be accepted with a minimum of 7 days notice. Shorter notice bookings should be made by telephone on +34 950 459 208.

Your payment will be taken 2 days prior to collecting your rental car to avoid any credit card problems on arrival and to speed-up the vehicle collection process.

Excess Damage Waiver is charged at 8 Euros per day. If not taken, 300 euros is charged to your card and reimbursed to you when the car is returned in the same condition without damage.

Incoming mail to reservations@costacochesrentacar.biz is encrypted via SSL through an email client for your security.

Almeria

VEHICLE COLLECTION

We offer our customers a collection service from the public car park in Almeria Airport. Our representative (wearing a black jacket or top at says Costa Coches and AAParking) can be found by the car park pay machines just across the road and to the right from the airport exit doors. Your paperwork will be checked and we will give you a paid exit ticket for the car park.

VEHICLE RETURN

On your return to the Almeria Airport public car park you will be met by our representative who will check that you have refilled the fuel and the state of the vehicle. Please remember to hand the car park ticket to our representative. If you are going to arrive at the airport later/earlier than the time stated on your contract, please call us on +34 639 081 067 so that we can ensure our reprentative is there to meet you.

Alicante

VEHICLE COLLECTION

When you have collected your luggage you will need to call us on +34 678 233 961 to tell us to bring the car round and then take the lift or escalator to Departures. Our representative (wearing a black jacket or top at says Costa Coches and AAParking) will be waiting for you at the drop off area opposite Costa Coffee. Your paperwork will be checked and we will give you a paid exit ticket for the car park. 

VEHICLE RETURN

After you enter the airport area, please follow the signs “Eixides/Salidas/Departures/Taxi’s”, which will lead you up to the top level. Take care: the ramp to departures has a speed limit of 30km. The police regularly fine drivers for speeding. When you reach the departure level, park your car in front of the terminal in the free short-term parking zone next to the taxi rank. 

Please park your car and stay next to it and we'll meet you there. Our representative will check that you have refilled the fuel and the state of the vehicle. Please remember to hand the car park ticket to our representative. If you are going to arrive at the airport later/earlier than the time stated on your contract, please call us on +34 678 233 961 so that we can ensure our reprentative is there to meet you.

Murcia

At Murcia International Airport (Corvera), our pick-ups and drop-offs are handled by Seguro parking. The staff wear purple coloured shirts and jackets with the Seguro Parking logo and will be waiting for you at the time you have booked. It's so purple that it is hard to miss... 

VEHICLE COLLECTION

Collection and drop off at Murcia airport is by the exit to the terminal building. When you have collected your luggage you will need to call our agent to tell them to bring the car round and then meet them just outside of the terminal building in front of the public car park. You will be given the key to the car which will be in the car park opposite the terminal, and the contract will be sent to you by email prior to your arrival and should be printed and kept in the car with you in case you are stopped by the Police.

VEHICLE RETURN

On the day of your departure you may park your car in the public car park of Murcia International Airport. To get there, please follow the signs to the public car park ("P PÚBLICO)". Park your car as close to the left hand side entrance of the passenger's terminal as possible, facing the terminal. That is the ARRIVALS entrance.
